Sports Performance Training (Summer 2026)

Purchasing this will reserve your child’s spot in our Sports Performance Training program for the summer of 2026.

Once onsite for the “Kick-Off Camp” on June 15th, parents will need to setup a membership for their child through Lumber Capital Athletics.

This is a two-month minimum commitment, billed $197 / month starting June 15th.
The registration fee is separate from their membership.
It is an active gym membership and will give your child unlimited gym access in addition to their 3 day per week, coach-led strength & speed sessions.

• 26 Coach-Led Group Training Sessions
• Week 1: (Kick Off Camp) Monday through Friday: 10-11:00am
→ Combine Style Testing, Physical Therapy Assessment, Nutrition Lecture
• Weeks 2-8: Mon, Wed, Fri – Speed & Strength Sessions: 10-11:00am
