Sessions are typically 30-40 minutes in length.
This program is written for a person regularly engaging in physical training, but who isn’t necessarily a runner. The workouts are individualized based on your current fitness level, so it is appropriate for a wide array of athletes, from the soccer mom to the high-level CrossFit athlete.
